BEDROOM CONVERSION – KETTLEBROOK

Here we have a three bedroom property. Bedroom one is to the left at the top of the stairs. To the right of the stairs this lead into bedroom two which you can see in the first photo, through this room lead to the third bedroom at the back of the property. The customer wanted to convert these into two separate rooms without having to walk through bedroom two to access bedroom three. Stud walls were built sectioning bedroom two off and creating a corridor around the outside of the bedroom leading into bedroom three to allow more privacy for both bedrooms. These were then plaster boarded, plastered and painted. Be-spoke handmade doors have been made to fit and characterised to suite this beautiful old terrace property. Carpet fitted throughout the upstairs finishing off this transformation.
